1.Handmade with care
Every piece is made entirely from scratch by our private luxury designer. Each creation is individually handcrafted, making every order special.
2.Made to order
Our products are not mass produced. Each order is prepared individually, so production takes time. We appreciate your patience while your piece is being made.
3.Refund policy
All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This policy does not affect your rights in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
4.Production time
Please allow sufficient time for your order to be completed. Production time may vary depending on the product and the number of orders being processed. We will keep you informed of the expected timeframe.
5.Handmade differences
Since every item is made by hand, small differences in texture, measurements, stitching, or finishing may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
6.Custom orders
If you have a specific request or would like to personalize your order, please contact us before purchasing. Custom requests must be approved before production begins.
7.Payment and order confirmation
Your order is considered confirmed once payment has been received and approved by our team. Production will be scheduled accordingly.
8.Changes and cancellations
Please make sure all product details and delivery information are correct before confirming your order. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
9.Damaged or incorrect items
We take great care in preparing every order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can assist you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10.Product care
Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase to maintain its quality and appearance for as long as possible.
11.Delivery
Delivery times are separate from production times and depend on the destination and courier service. Please ensure that your contact and delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
